Pricing

Two tiers. Flat annual fee. No per-seat.

Mizan Labs is sold on a one-off activation fee plus a flat annual tier billed yearly. Two tiers, matched to how the firm is structured. Metered reports above the tier allowance. Never per-seat, never revenue share, never commission-linked.

The two tiers

Founder or Group. Nothing in between.

Founder is for independent brokerages and boutiques. Group is for multi-office firms and holding structures. All numbers are on request — we never publish tier fees, activation fees or report allowances.

Pricing FAQ

The questions COOs ask before signing.

Why not per-seat?

Per-seat pricing rewards platforms that make agents log in more. Mizan Labs works whether an agent logs in once a week or once a month — because the qualification and report happen without the agent. Charging per seat would misalign the incentive.

Why annual and not monthly?

Consent evidence and inventory quality only pay back over a year. Monthly billing forces short-term thinking on both sides. Annual commits your firm and ours to the operating rhythm that actually changes the numbers.

What does the activation fee cover?

Central inventory upload, WhatsApp Business API registration on your numbers, CRM integration, calendar integration, question set configuration, consent wording review with UAE counsel, and the first month of joint operations.

What counts as a report?

One completed qualification event: prospect finished the question set, matched properties were computed, branded report delivered and broker notified. Failed sessions and dropped prospects do not count.

What if we exceed the tier allowance?

Additional reports are invoiced quarterly at a metered rate defined in the contract. There is no soft cap and no throttling — the platform continues to work; the meter simply runs.

Can we cancel or downgrade?

Yes. Contracts are annual with a straightforward exit clause. Your inventory, consent records and prospect data are exportable to standard formats before the tenancy closes.

Sized to your firm, not published

Thirty minutes with the founder to size a tier.

Bring the shape of your firm — offices, brands, active campaigns and current CRM. We size Founder or Group against that and share the numbers in the meeting.
